Delivered end-to-end deployment of a Verkada enterprise security ecosystem for Shou Sugi Ban House. Integrated access control hardware, surveillance cameras, and gate control systems into a unified cloud platform. Completed procurement, device installation, network coordination, user provisioning, role-based permissions, and system validation to provide centralized management and secure site-wide monitoring.
